David Tyndale
David Tyndale is a professional basketball trainer from the Greater Toronto Area, known for his disciplined, competitive, and detail-oriented approach to athlete development. A standout player at Father Michael Goetz Secondary School and an All-Canadian honoree, he excelled at York University during his five-year career, earning a degree in Kinesiology and Business. After a knee injury ended his professional playing career in the NBL Canada, he transitioned to coaching and founded DTailsMatter Basketball Training.
His expertise has taken him from grassroots coaching to roles with the CBA, CEBL, and as Lead Skills Coach at Canada Basketball’s National Training Center. Passionate about advancing Canadian talent, he works with athletes at every level, from NBA players to high school prospects, emphasizing purposeful, accountable, and efficient training tailored to their needs.
Josh Bell
Joshua Bell, a professional basketball skills trainer from Mississauga, Ontario, found his passion for the game early, excelling at Father Henry Carr Secondary School and later attending Lakehead University before injuries reshaped his path. Shifting focus to coaching and training, he completed his degree in Physical Education and Recreation at the University of Brandon while fostering his passion for player development. Despite setbacks, Bell embraced his journey, dedicating himself to teaching athletes hard work, patience, and discipline to succeed both on and off the court, helping them build an identity beyond basketball.
Justina King
Justina King, a standout Canadian basketball player, represented Canada on the Junior Women’s National Team in 2018 and 2019, competing in the American Cup and World Cup. She played Division I basketball at Long Beach State University, earning Rookie of the Year and multiple All-Defensive and All-Conference honors, before transferring to the University of Toledo, where she helped secure MAC titles and an NCAA Tournament win. Professionally, she played overseas in Portugal and in Canada’s HoopQueens league, earning League MVP honors and leading her team to a championship. Now transitioning to coaching, King led Team Ontario U15 Girls to a Nationals victory in 2024 and joins the Raptors 905 staff for the 2024-2025 NBA G League season.
Richard Audu
Rich Audu, a Player Development Coach in the GTA, combines elite basketball experience from Houston, Mississauga, and NCAA play with a holistic training approach emphasizing shooting, defense, decision-making, and mental toughness. A former top Canadian player, he earned accolades at Father Henry Carr, REDA, Siena College, and Pitt-Johnstown. Now Head of Player Development for Nike EYBL Canyon International and a trainer for Canada Basketball, he develops athletes to excel on and off the court through discipline and dedication with DTailsMatter Elite Basketball.
